Project: Salesforce: The future of retail
Futurist Tom Cheesewright worked with marketing agency Groupbrand to build an 18-month sales and marketing programme for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (originally Demandware), based on Tom’s insights into the future of retail. This started with a report and was supplemented with a series of white papers, research pieces and interactive content. The programme was a huge success, hence its extension from an initial campaign to more than 18 months in duration.
