The New Book of the Future

After four years - or maybe 40 - it’s finally here. See Inside The Future is my collaboration with Usborne, the publishers of the original Book of the Future way back in 1979.

You’re probably tired of the origin story of this book by now. I feel like it’s a story I’ve told a lot in the last couple of weeks, across stages and radio interviews. But it still warms my heart. How my lifelong passion for the original Book of the Future - the book that made me a futurist - has ultimately resulted in me having the opportunity to bring a new book to market. One that shares the original’s goals of inspiring young people with the idea that they can change the future through science and technology. Well, I think that was the original book’s objective: it certainly did that for me and many other people I’ve met.
